Hello Friends,
For beginners,
As we know Most of the Industrial Machine are build with Pneumatics System. So I bring Basic Pneumatic System Using Automation Studio 6.4 course which help you to build pneumatic system.
I have demonstrate Pneumatic system with electrical control circuits and PLC control circuit.
For PLC control execution I have used TIA Portal S7-1200 with KepserverEX OPC server which send signal to Automation Studio 6.4.
So variable from S7-1200 transferred to OPC server and OPC server transfer data to Automation Studio 6.4.
Pneumatic System used Directional Valve , Cylinders, Proportional valve ,Mechanical operation valve,Pilot valve , Pressure Guage ect. Electrical circuits use Relay, solenoid valve, Switches , Pushbutton , Slider , Sensor etc.
Automation studio has facility that it accept the data in the form of Boolean , Float , integer and many more datatype. It means it support both digital and Analog Signals.
It has very rich HMI and Control Library.
In this course I have explained two attractive application with control diagram using Relay. I have attached both application in this course. You can open it directly and Create and Practice with your own logic.
1. Drill Operation
2. 4 position Drill Operation.
With this Application you can connect with the opc server as well as S7-1200 plc so with the use of this templet you can create your own logic in TIA portal.
