Setting boundaries can seem impossible, but it doesn’t have to be.

Whether you’re struggling to set boundaries, or you need encouragement to maintain boundaries you’ve already created, this course will give you the tools and encouragement to achieve your goal!

As a holistic mental health provider with a Ph.D. in Clinical Christian Counseling, I understand how hard it can be to break old patterns. I see it with my clients every day. (This is a christian-based class, but contains information that can be useful for anyone. Everyone is welcome!)
